My temporary password does not work

A temporary password works once and for a limited time. If it is refused:

• Type it exactly: it is case-sensitive, and some letters look alike (l and I, 0 and O).
• Make sure you are signing in with your full address, ending @calebuniversity.edu.ng.
• If it has expired, get a new one from your Caleb email page on the portal.

After you sign in, Microsoft asks you to set your own password. Keep it somewhere safe.
