How do I reset my Caleb email password?
Do it yourself on the portal: confirm one thing only you know, and you get a temporary password at once.
- Sign in to the student portal.
- Open My Caleb email.
- Confirm who you are the way the page asks — for example your date of birth, the last 4 digits of your NIN, or a 6-digit code sent to your personal e-mail.
- You get a temporary password on the page. Sign in to Outlook with it; Microsoft then asks you to choose your own.
For your safety there is a limit on resets in a day and in a month, and a note goes to your personal e-mail each time.
If the page says only the ICT desk can reset it, ask the team and an ICT officer will do it for you.
