What are the clearance steps, and in what order?
Each office signs your clearance on the portal when its own condition is met.
Your clearance page lists every office that must sign and what each needs. Most sign by themselves once their condition is met, for example:
- Bursary: your fees payment accepted.
- Hostel: your room confirmed (or you are not a hostel student).
- Library: you registered with the library online.
- Medical Centre: your medical declaration done.
- ICT: your course form done and your ID card collected.
