My clearance is stuck on one office
The page says what that office is waiting for. Do that first; ask if it is already done.
Open your clearance page and read the line for that office — it says what is missing. Common ones:
- Stuck on Hostel: your hostel payment is not yet accepted.
- Stuck on ICT: your course form is not approved, or you have not collected your ID card.
- Stuck on Library: you have not registered with the library online.
If what it asks for is already done, ask the team and name the office.
