When can I collect my ID card?
Once your photo is accepted and the card printed. Collecting it also signs part of your ICT clearance.
Your card is printed only after your photo is accepted. Your ID card page shows where it is. Bring yourself to collect it: collecting your card is one of the two things ICT clearance needs.
Your ID card is also your library card.
Lost your card? Ask the team under ICT for a replacement.
