What photo is accepted for my ID card?
A clear, recent passport photo that meets the University's standard. Only accepted photos are printed.
Your photo is checked before your card is printed. It must be:
- recent, in colour, facing the camera, with your whole face and the top of your shoulders;
- on a plain, light background, evenly lit, without filters, sunglasses or caps;
- sharp — not a photo of a photo or a screenshot.
A rejected photo means it is below the University's standard. Sending the same photo again is liable to punishment: take a new one.
