My CGPA is slightly different from before

A small difference usually comes from rounding or a result that has not come across. Report it with a screenshot.

Your CGPA is the total of grade points × units, divided by the total units. A difference of 0.01 usually comes from rounding, while a bigger one usually means a result is missing or a course's units differ.

Report it as a result issue, with a screenshot of the old figure and the semesters involved, so it can be checked course by course.
