A result is missing, or is on the old portal but not the new one
Report it as a result issue. The University Trail Committee follows it through with your department.
Some results from earlier sessions are still being brought across, and a few were never entered. Report each one as a result issue:
- Open Result issues on the portal.
- Name the course, session and semester.
- Attach what you have — a screenshot from the old portal, your course form for that semester.
The University Trail Committee follows it up with your department and you can see each stage on the same page. If you did not register the course that semester, say so: there is a separate route for that.
