Parents: how do I ask the university about my child?
Sign in to this help centre with the e-mail address you confirmed for your child — we send you a code.
If you confirmed your details from our e-mail, you already have access — there is nothing to register.
- Choose I am a parent or guardian on the help centre.
- Enter the e-mail address you confirmed.
- Type the 6-digit code we send to it.
- Ask your question and choose which of your children it is about.
Your request goes to the right office with your child's name and matric number, and you can follow every request under My requests.
The code works for a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check spam, or ask for a new one.
