The portal says my information does not match
The matric number and the name you typed must be the ones on your record, together.
This message means the matric number and the name you typed do not belong to the same record.
- Check the matric number: the slash, the year and every digit (26/19874 is not 26/1987).
- Type only one name: your surname. If it is still refused, try your first name.
- Leave out titles, initials and spaces at the end.
If it still fails, your name may be spelt differently on your record. Ask the team: give your matric number, your full name as it should be, and a photo of your admission letter or ID card. We correct the record and tell you.
