Where do I see messages from the university?
Your notifications bell on the portal, your Caleb email, and the e-mail address your welcome went to.
The university reaches you in three places:
- Notifications on the portal (the bell): payments, hostel, results, exeat and help requests.
- Your Caleb email (Microsoft 365 / Outlook).
- Your personal e-mail, for things you need before you can sign in.
You can choose which alerts you get by e-mail or on your phone in your alert settings.
