I think someone else signed in to my portal
Tell us at once. Because the portal uses your matric number and name, anyone who knows both can open it.
Students sign in with a matric number and a name, so anyone who knows both can open your portal. Keep your matric number to yourself as you would a password.
If you think someone has been in your portal:
- Ask the team at once, under ICT. Say when you noticed and what was changed (a payment declaration, contacts, a hostel choice).
- Change your Caleb email password, because that account holds your university mail.
- Do not share screenshots that show your matric number on social media or class groups.
The team can see when your portal was used and from where, and can put back anything that was changed.
