The hall or room I want is not showing
You only see beds open to you that are still free.
The hostel page shows only halls set aside for your group (for example by sex or level) that still have free beds. A hall disappears from the list when it is full, and can come back when a reservation lapses.
If you believe a hall should be open to you, tell the halls through Eagle Eye on your portal and name the hall.
