I paid for hostel but my room is not showing

Your room is confirmed only after the Bursary accepts your hostel payment. Check My payments: if the hostel payment is still waiting, the room is still only reserved.

If the payment is accepted and the room still does not show, report it through Eagle Eye on your portal with your receipt.
