Rooms, allocation, payment and changes

• How do I report something in confidence?Use Eagle Eye on your portal — for hall matters and anything you would rather not raise openly.
• How do I get a hostel room?Choose a bed on the portal; it is held for you until you pay the hostel fee.
• The hall or room I want is not showingYou only see beds open to you that are still free.
• Can I change my hostel or room?Ask through Eagle Eye on your portal. The halls decide, when there is space.
• I paid for hostel but my room is not showingThe room is confirmed when the Bursary accepts the hostel payment.
