How do I report something in confidence?
Use Eagle Eye on your portal — for hall matters and anything you would rather not raise openly.
Eagle Eye on your portal is for anything happening around the halls and the campus that you would rather report in confidence: misconduct, bullying, theft, damage, safety risks, and repairs your room needs.
- Sign in to your portal.
- Open Eagle Eye.
- Say what happened, where and when, and add a photo if you have one.
You can follow what happens to your report there. Staff have Eagle Eye on the staff portal too.
In an emergency, go straight to the hall administrator, the Security Unit or the Medical Centre.
